For the reasons set out in the application and in the light of the respondents having no objection for arraying the applicant in Cri.W.P.No.1472/2015, the same is allowed.

The petitioner in Cri.W.P.No.1472/2015 shall therefore implead the applicant herein namely Uttamrao Dhanaji Mahajan as respondent No.2, on or before 21/11/2016.
