The only prayer is for seeking a transfer certificate from respondent No.1, which is a private school. No other relief is sought. Considering Article 12 of the Constitution of India, we cannot exercise our writ jurisdiction.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the dispute as regards the fee structuring and recovery of fees is pending before the coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.6816/2017. Respondent No.1 is a party to the said writ petition. The petitioner desires to move a Civil Application in the said writ petition for seeking a direction as regards the

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Since the petitioner desires to move an application before the coordinate Bench, we would not express any view on the same.
