After it was pointed out that since after inclusion of the offences under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 ("Atrocities Act", for short), no order from the Special Court has been solicited which can be challenged in appeal under Section 14-A of the Atrocities Act, the learned Advocate for the appellants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to apply for anticipatory bail before the Special Court. 2.

Leave is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
