The petitioner has put forth prayers, which are directed against respondent Nos.4 and 5, who are a private Education Trust and a School.

Our attention is drawn to a communication dated 10/06/2022 by the Deputy Director (Education), Nasik, Nasik Division, vide which respondent No.3/Education Officer (Secondary), as well as the Management, have been directed to fix the pay-scale of the petitioner, after completion of 12 years. The petitioner does not have definite information, as to whether

7573.22wp (2) respondent No.3 or the Management has acted positively, in pursuance to the directions dated 10/06/2022. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.2, to ensure that the directions issued vide communication dated 10/06/2022 are complied with by the Education Officer and by the Management, on or before 15/10/2022.
