Learned APP states that till the date he has not received any instruction with regard to the challenge of order of acquittal against present appellant for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC. The appellant is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 201 and 212 of IPC was sentenced to suffer R. I. for three years with fine of Rs.5,000/- Since this short term sentence and there is no likelihood of present appeal be taken up for final hearing in near future. Hence the order.

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) Pending the appeal, the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed by the trial Court is suspended. The applicant be released on bail on her executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the 956.ca2070.23.odt

like amount.
