The petitioner has put forth prayer clause "B" as under :- "B. Rule may kindly be made absolute and by issuing the writ of mandamus or appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent No.2 to decide the proposal for approval dated 09.03.2020 and grant approve to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of peon in respondent No.4 School."

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 that the pending proposal for approval dated 09.03.2020, shall be decided by respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.09.2022.
