Respondent No.2 has entered an affidavit-in-reply, dated 29.07.2024. It is categorically submitted that the proposal of the Petitioner has been forwarded to the Competent Committee on 12.02.2024.

Now it is for the Committee to decide the fate of the proposal. The learned Government Pleader submits that the proposal would be decided in another 30 to 45 days.
