The learned counsel submits that the mutation entry in the name of the petitioner is not effectuated as per the order of Principal Secretary.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents. 3.

If the authorities are not acting in accordance with law, statutes and rules, the petitioner can approach to the committee constituted under Government Resolution dated 13th February, 2015.

In case the petitioner approaches the Committee,

WP No.8487/2021 the Committee shall consider the application of the petitioner and pass the necessary orders/directions preferably within three months from the date of application.
