The petitioner is a student of the 12th standard. He is preparing for NEET UG 2022 examination. The proposal for validation is submitted on 14.01.2022 after the tribe certificate was issued on the same date. The petitioner prays that the pending validation claim be decided urgently. 2.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that there are more than 8000 orders passed by the High Court setting time limits to the Committee to decide claims of students on priority basis. Every day, the Court keeps on passing many orders

*2* 33wp7608o22 granting a time line for such decisions. Day by day, the burden on the Committee is increasing with the time bound cases. This petitioner has belatedly approached the Committee. The learned AGP, therefore, prays for six months time.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

The concerned Committee shall decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and on or before 15.01.2023.
