We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Deshmukh, the learned Counsel submits that the State has already issued directions to the respondent No. 3. The respondent No. 3 is not acting upon the same. As such, this Court can consider the present petition. 2.
The petitioner has an effective alternate remedy available before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. All the contentions of the petitioner can be appreciated by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 3.
As alternate efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
