By way of filing this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought direction to the respondents, to consider and decide the representation dated 8-8-2014, filed for the purpose of request transfer at any one place in Nagad Circle (Taluka : Kannad, District : Aurangabad), against the vacancy of Primary School Teacher.

We direct respondent nos.1 and 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 8-8-2014, in accordance with the policy of the State, as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from today, and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 4.
