Mr.Joshi, learned counsel for Respondents submits that petitioners had approached this Court against the order of the Deputy Director of Education, vacating stay granted to the approval of Respondent Nos.6 and 7. Subsequently vide order dated 20.7.2016, the Deputy Director of Education has upheld the appointments made as legal and proper.

In light of that, as final orders are already passed, nothing would survive in the present Writ Petition. The petitioners are at

W.P.No.6606/15 liberty to assail the order subsequently passed as may be permissible in law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
