PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for petitioners submits that, since one decade proposals of petitioners for absorption is pending with one office or the other. On 15.06.2021, the Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Council Administration directed respondent no.5 to submit the fresh proposals.

We have also heard learned A.G.P. and learned counsel for respondent no.5.

The respondent no.5 shall submit the fresh proposals to respondent no.4 as sought by the Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Council Administration under letter dated 15.06.2021 within

(2) 1034-wp-8049-2021 a period of four weeks from today. On submission of the said proposals respondent no.4-Collector should process the same within a period of eight weeks and forward it with its recommendations in accordance with law to respondent no.3. The respondent no.3 shall thereafter take steps in accordance with law with regard to the said proposals and decision be taken preferable within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the same.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
