Mr. Natu, the learned counsel submits that in the year 2016, the petitioner had filed application for consolidation of the plots. No final orders are passed on it as yet. The Town Planning Officer as well as Tahsildar had directed Respondent No.3 that the permission is granted for consolidation on terms and conditions as set out in the letter dated 11.02.2019. However as yet no action has been taken by Respondent No.3.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents-State and submits that the respondents proceed ahead in accordance with law.

Considering that, the petitioner had approached the authorities in the year 2016 and even the Tahsildar, Ahmednagar has communicated to Respondent No.3 that the permission is granted for consolidation on the terms and conditions set out in the said communication dated 11.02.2019. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall take further steps as is required under the law to conclude the proceedings of consolidation on plots (in case, if there is no other impediments) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
