This is an appeal preferred by the insurance company against the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalna. The matter is settled between the parties amicably and the terms of compromise are placed before this panel by Mr. H.A. Patankar h/f Mr. V.N. Upadhye, learned counsel for the appellant-insurer and Mr. P.C. Mayure, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent-claimant. 2.
Mr. Arvind D. Chudasama, Divisional Manager, National Insurance Company Limited, Divisional Office, Aurangabad is present in person. Respondent-claimant Smt. Meenabai Omprakash Bhurewal is also present in person. The parties are duly identified by their respective counsel. The parties admit the contents of compromise and their respective signatures on it. The said compromise is taken on record and marked "X" for

In terms of compromise arrived at between the parties, the first appeal is disposed of. In terms of compromise the respondent-claimant is entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant-insurer. The pending Civil Applications, if any, are also disposed of. The parties to bear their own costs. Refund of court fees as per Rules. 4.
