The grievance of the petitioners is that earlier also the proposals were forwarded for starting 11th and 12th Std and the same were rejected due to the certain deficiencies. Thereafter fresh proposal was given in June-2021 to the Deputy director of Education and is pending with the Deputy director of Education (Page-11). 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

In case the proposal is forwarded by the Management and is pending with respondent no.4, then respondent no.4 shall process the same and forward it to the Director of Education with it' s recommendation, preferably within three months. Gajanan

On receipt of the said proposal the Director of Education shall process it and forward the same to the State Government, preferably within three months thereafter.

The State Government shall thereafter take decision upon the proposal that may be received from the Director of Education for grant of 11th and 12th Std of the petitioners on its own merits, preferably within six months.
