The learned Advocate for the Petitioner tenders an affidavit undertaking declaring that she will not seek increment/ promotion/ pay fixation/ any other service benefits, until her claim is validated by the competent Scrutiny Committee or any Court. The said affidavit is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The copy of the affidavit 'X' shall be served on Respondent No.4/Employer within 15 days from today. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the claim of the

In view of the above, we direct that the claim of the Petitioner shall be decided by the competent Committee i.e. Respondent No.3, on or before 31.12.2024. Since the Petitioner has filed the affidavit undertaking 'X', we direct Respondent No.4/ Employer not to terminate the services of the Petitioner until her claim is validated either by the Committee or in case of invalidation, by any Court.

With the above observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
