Perused the pleadings and grounds taken in the Petition, annexures thereto and the joint affidavit filed by the petitioner i.e. accused No.2 and Respondent No.3 i.e. Informant.

We have carefully perused the statements of the witnesses and the medical evidence. Keeping in view, the statements of the witnesses, the injuries inflicted on the informant and the weapon used, we are not inclined to quash the

There is one more accused, who is facing trial. Even on merits, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition.

Hence the Petition stands rejected.

The observations made hereinabove are prima facie in nature and the trial Court shall not get influenced by the said observations at the time trial.
