PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

Perused the notes of evidence.

During the trial, the accused were not on bail. Upon considering the evidence on record in its entirety, prima facie, the findings recorded by the trial Court appear to be sustainable. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the applications for grant of bail. Therefore,

The Registry of this Court to send the original Record and Proceedings to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Latur. Upon receiving the original Record and Proceedings, the Registry of the concerned court to prepare the paper book and send it back to the Registry of this Court along with original Record and Proceedings, as early as possible, and preferably within three months from today.

Upon receiving the paper book, liberty to the learned counsel appearing for the applicants to mention for early hearing of the appeals.
