PER COURT :

1) Heard. The petitioner undertakes to tender a comprehensive application/appeal raising his objections to the impugned order and computation of the amount by the Tahsildar with Respondent No.3, i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Latur, within a period of two weeks from today.

2) On receipt of the application, the Sub Divisional Officer shall, after extending an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, take a decision on the objections/appeal, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within six weeks from today.

3) It is pointed out that the amount of

WP No. 6581/2015 difference computed by the Tahsildar is to the tune of Rs.18,65,800/-. The petitioner claims to have deposited an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- with the authorities. An amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, out of the amount of Rs.9,00,000/-, which has been already deposited by the petitioner, is towards the arrears; whereas a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- is towards outstanding royalty amount.

4) The petitioner shall deposit further sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with Tahsildar, Latur within a period of two weeks from today. On deposit of the amount, as directed, the Tahsildar shall remove the seal put on the crusher/machinery being operated by the petitioner and shall permit the petitioner to carry out the operations/crushing activities, of course, subject to petitioner's complying all the necessary requirements/clearances of the respective authorities.

5) With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
