The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that he has filed an appeal before the State in view of the notification dated 03/10/2007 wherein alternate forum is provided to challenge the impugned order.

In view of the same, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and to pursue his remedy of appeal before the respondent No.1.

This writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to pursue the appeal filed before the respondent No.1.

The parties to appear before the respondent No.1 on 21/03/2023 so as to enable the respondent No.1 to fix further date in the matter.

The respondent No.1 to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of six months from the date of appearance of all the respondents.
