Basically, the applicant was aggrieved by the conduct of the Investigating Officer in not accepting the surety furnished by him pursuant to the order of anticipatory bail granted by this Court. Simultaneously he is also making a grievance that even the Investigating Officer assaulted him. The prayer clause '

A' regarding acceptance of surety, by passage of time the surety having been accepted, serves its purpose. In prayer clause ' B' the applicant is seeking action against the Investigating Officer, firstly for not accepting the surety and secondly for assaulting him. 3.

Extending the applicant liberty to invoke appropriate remedy for ventilating his grievance with a prayer in prayer clause 'B', the Application is disposed of.
