The owner of the Stone Quarry is not arrayed as Respondent, against whom the directions are sought. 2.

The documents placed on record indicate that the Additional District Collector, Ahmednagar has passed the order dated 18/01/2024, suspending the permission granted to the Stone Quarry operator, namely, Shri. Sahadu Ambu Gondal. There is nothing before us to indicate that the said person, who is not a

6464.24wp (2) Respondent before us, is violating the order dated 18/01/2024 passed by the Additional District Collector, Ahmednagar. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the Petitioner would approach the same Authority or the Higher Authority to indicate that the order of the Additional District Collector is being violated.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
