On a grievance raised in this Contempt Petition that the order of this Court dated 21st January, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No.12337 of 2018 is not complied with, simple notice was issued to respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 by order dated 13th September, 2019.

Mr. A.S. Bajaj, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 placed on record the communication dated 30th September, 2019 addressed to the Chief Officer, Osmanabad Municipal Council, as

CP615-2019 well to petitioner No. 1 - Balasaheb Ramling Shinde and petitioner No.2 - Rajaram Bhimrao Jadhav. The said communication is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification purposes. The said communication also refers to the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.12337 of 2018, by assigning the reason that for providing the electricity through 11 KV line, the addressee of the said communication will have to deposit an amount to the tune of Rs.38,74,162/- and on deposit of such amount, the necessary steps would be taken including issuance of tender for the work.

As the decision is now taken, the order of this Court is duly complied with. In case the petitioners are having any grievance in respect of the communication dated 30th September, 2019, they are at liberty to take appropriate steps for challenging the said decision by approaching the competent Authority or the judicial forum, if so advised. With this liberty, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
