The order passed by the Commissioner of the Corporation dated 23.06.2022 declaring that the construction permission is null and void, is assailed in this Petition. This Petitioner is already before the trial Court in RCS No.406 of 2022. By an order dated 07.06.2022 below Exhibit 15, the trial Court has directed status quo to be maintained.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to
