It is brought to the notice of the Court that the State has also filed an appeal against the award which has been impugned in the present appeal and the same has been numbered as 1490/2016. In view of the fact that the respondent in the said appeal has expired and his legal heirs are brought on record in First Appeal No.859/2012 filed by the said deceased, learned A.G.P. is directed to take the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 on record in the said matter as have been taken on record in First Appeal No.859/2012. 3.

Place both the matters for final disposal on 18th of July, 2017.
