20.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is intending to prosecute the professional course in engineering stream. The validation proceeding is pending since 12.09.2018. This Court on 25.01.2019 in a petition filed by the petitioner had directed the committee to decide the tribe claim before 15.05.2019, however the same is not yet decided the petitioner has to give an undertaking.

It is unfortunate that in spite of the directions by this Court in the present matter, the committee has not decided the validation proceedings by 15.05.2019 and now is seeking time up to three months for deciding the proceedings, though the petitioner is a student seeking admission in engineering stream.

It is submitted that the petitioner on or before 13.07.2019 has to submit the validity so as to confirm the admission. 4.
