This matter was not on board. A motion was moved at 10.30 stating that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition. Hence, this matter was taken on the production board. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this petition is with regard to shifting of a Country Liquor Shop (CL3). This petition was drafted and settled when the impugned order passed by the Hon'be Minister (date not mentioned in the prayer clause) was not in possession of the petitioner. He is likely to receive a copy of the said order shortly. It is, therefore, prayed that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition and file a fresh petition after going through the impugned order of the Hon'ble Minister.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition after the petitioner receives the copy of the impugned order. Needless to state, copy of the impugned order shall be annexed to the Writ Petition. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) S.P.C.
