Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is delay of 38 days in challenging the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 04.05.2022 which is not deliberate. 3.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 7 and 8, the delay of 38 days is condoned. The impugned order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 04.05.2022 is quashed and set aside. The applicant to remove office objections, if any, within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
