Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition in order to avail of alternate remedy. 2.

Learned advocate for the respondent, however, has reservations about the motive underlying the withdrawal. 3.

However, having regard to that the petitioner is seeking withdrawal, leave is granted.

Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to avail of alternate remedy in accordance with law.
