Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the present application. He, however, submits that since the present applicant is behind the bars since long, the learned Sessions Judge may be directed to expedite the hearing of the sessions case.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. The applicant being under-trial prisoner, the learned Sessions Judge is requested to take efforts for expeditious hearing of the sessions case.
