We have heard learned counsel for the applicants for some time. Learned counsel for the applicants has raised various issues. However, the applicants-original accused are seeking quashing of proceeding vide R.C.C. No. 107 of 2016. This criminal application came to be filed in the year 2019 for quashing of charge sheet bearing R.C.C. No. 107 of 2016. Thus, this criminal application suffers from delay and laches. We are not inclined to entertain this criminal application. However, we grant liberty to the applicants to file an application for discharge before the trial court in the pending case if the charge is yet not framed.
