This petition was heard for some time, when the learned counsel for the Petitioner prayed for short keep back of five minutes to take instructions as to whether the petition could be withdrawn. 2.

On second call there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner.

We have seen and perused the petition and documents filed therewith and the learned counsel for the Petitioner was already heard in the first call.

We find that the present petition cannot be entertained, simply for the reason that Petitioner can exhaust the remedies available under the provisions of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 5.

Hence, the petition is dismissed.
