CORAM
: R.M. JOSHI, J DATE : JULY 01, 2024 PER COURT :
1.
These applications are filed to bring LR's of
deceased claimants on record. It is contended by the Applicants that inadvertently they were not brought on record in place of deceased claimants though Appeals are disposed of in view of the compromise arrived at in a Lok Adalat.
2.
Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the delay in making applications to bring LR's of deceased claimants is condoned. Applications are allowed. Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
