This Application is for condonation of delay of 2043 days in bringing LR's of deceased-Respondent No.1 on record. Despite of service of notice, LR's of deceased-Respondent No.1 have not caused appearance. This indicates that they have no interest to oppose the Application.

Considering the Application, it cannot be said that the delay is deliberate. In the interest of justice, Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.

Issue notice to the added Respondent, returnable on 7th November, 2025.
