We have already passed an order dated 11.08.2021, in WP No.5160/2014. According to the Petitioner, the representation for pensionary and monetary benefits was filed. The same is not decided and the order of this Court is disobeyed.

In view of the above, the Petitioner desires to file a Contempt Petition. For the said purpose, he desires to withdraw this Petition.
