The applicants seek withdrawal of the amount deposited by the authority.

Mr.Sagar Killarikar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the amount deposited is with regard to the salary of these applicants/petitioners from December 2013 to April 2015. This Court has permitted applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on furnishing undertaking. The present application is filed for withdrawal of the remaining amount. 3.
On the last date we had heard Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Management, however, the matter was adjourned so as to enable
the Education Officer to make further submissions.

We have heard Mr.Rajput, learned counsel for the Management.

Out of these 10 applicants, order is already passed for absorption of five applicants. One applicant has already retired. The matters now will have to be heard on merits.

Considering the equity and interest of both the parties, we pass the following order : a) The applicants are allowed to withdraw further 25% of the amount as would be admissible as against each applicant on each applicant furnishing solvent security of the like amount. The application is accordingly disposed of.
b) Place the Writ Petitions for admission on 8.11.2017. The parties are at liberty to take
