For the reasons stated in Criminal Application No.1764/2020, the prayer of the applicant to assist the learned

{2} Public Prosecutor is allowed and the application is accordingly disposed of.

So far as Bail Application No.1094 of 2020 is concerned, It is informed by the learned Counsel appearing for the informant that the trial has already commenced and only three witnesses are remained to be examined.

The learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, submits that the trial has already been commenced and one Nodal Ofcer and two Investigating Ofcers are remained to be examined by the prosecution.

In view of the same, the learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. He submits that the Investigating Ofcer is also seeking excuses on one or the other pretext and recently he has sought adjournment on the ground that his father is tested Covid positive. However, the learned Senior Counsel submits that the applicants are in jail, in connection with the present crime, since 2016 and necessary directions may be given to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case.

{3} In view of the above submissions, leave granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, within a reasonable time, on top priority basis by day-to-day hearing.
