Heard the learned Advocate Mr.Ghatol Patil for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. It is informed Adv.Godsay had filed appearance for the petitioners and during the pendancy of the petition, he had expired. Nobody had filed vakalatnama for the petitioners. 2.

The learned Advocate for the respondents submits that the controversy involved in the petition is with respect to the challenge to the order passed on amendment application. However, during the pendency of the instant petition, RCS No.78/2011 is itself compromised in between the parties and as such, the instant petition has become infructuous. He tenders across the bar order dated 17.11.2015 passed khs/June 2025/7042

- 2 - by the Trial Court recording the compromise. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purpose. He submits that in view of this, the petition has become infructuous. This statement is accepted.
