Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 13/1/2016, the Collector, Beed is present in Court and has tendered affidavit-in-reply.

After hearing the parties, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to tender a representation to the Collector, Beed within a period of three weeks from today. The respondents shall take appropriate decision in accordance with the provisions of law, policy of the State Government as well as the assurances given in the affidavit-in-reply within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
