I have heard learned counsel for the applicant for some time. It appears that in the sessions case of the year 2012, though the applicant came to be released on bail in the year 2013, he remained absconding till he is arrested under execution of non-bailable warrant in the year 2020. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. Learned counsel however submits that the applicant is a labour by occupation and the entire family is depending upon his earning. Learned counsel submits that necessary directions may be given to the trial court to dispose off the case expeditiously.
