As per the order dated 24th July 2024, this Court has permitted the applicant to remove the office objections within four weeks from 24th July 2024. Subject to removal of those objections, the appeal was directed to be restored to its original position.

Ms. Kirti Deshpande h/f. Mr. M. M. Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, inadvertently, the objections could not be removed within that period. She undertakes to remove all such office objections within four weeks from today, as a last chance. 3.

In view of this, the applicant is permitted to remove the office objections within four weeks from today, as a last chance. If the objections are not removed within the given time, the proceedings shall stand dismissed. 4.
