For the reasons separately recorded, following order is passed :

ORDER

i] Applicant - Sumit @ Sumesh Ramesh Ahire arrested in connection with the Crime No. 198 of 2019, registered with Begampura Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offences punishable u/s. 302, 364, 392, 323, 504, 290, 201, 109, 34 of the IPC and u/s. 142 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 and u/s. 3/181 and Section 128/177 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, be released on his furnishing bail

in the sum of Rs.1 lac with solvent surety in the like amount on following conditions:

a] Pending hearing and conclusion of the trial, the applicant shall not enter into local limits of the Aurangabad District except for attending the Court proceedings.

b] The applicant shall not indulge into any act amounting to pressurizing or threatening the prosecution witnesses or to tamper with the prosecution evidence.

c] The applicant shall furnish the particulars as to the place where the applicant shall reside outside the local limits of Aurangabad District.

d] The applicant shall attend the Police Station when the applicant shall stay once in a week on every Sunday to record his appearance before Officer incharge of Police Station till conclusion of the trial against him.

e] The applicant shall furnish the names and addresses of his three close relatives with proof of their residential address.

f] The particulars of the place of residence of the applicant outside the local limits to be furnished to the concerned Police Station before release of the applicant on bail.

g] In the event of breach of any of above mentioned conditions, the bail granted to applicant liable to be cancelled.

ii] The application is disposed of.
