2] Mr.Dound, learned AGP for the applicant - State, submits that he does not have any instructions about deposit of the amount as directed earlier.

3] In the circumstances, stay to the execution of the impugned awards is hereby granted in each of

3 19-ca10770-09.odt the applications, till disposal of the appeals, on the condition that the applicant deposits the entire amount under the impugned award within twelve weeks from today. The applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly.

4] In case, the amount, as directed above, is not deposited within twelve weeks from today, the applications for stay, shall stand dismissed and stay shall stand vacated, automatically, without further reference to the Court.
