The learned advocate for the petitioner and the contesting respondent No.3 have arrived at some settlement which is filed on record and is now marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. It has been duly verified by the Section Officer of this Court. 2.

Since the matter arises out of an order passed by Mamlatdar under Section 5(2) of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906 I requested the learned AGP to go through the compromise to ascertain if the terms of the settlement have any baring or affect on the orders impugned in the Writ Petition. After going through the settlement he submits that the impugned orders are not being disturbed by virtue of the terms and conditions settled between the petitioner and the respondent No.3. 3.

In view of the above, at the joint request of the petitioner and the respondent No.3, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement (Exhibit - X).
