This application is filed by the legal representatives of respondent Nos.1 and 8 in the main appeal, who admittedly died on 27/09/2015 and 14/11/2016 respectively. There is no question of condoning the delay since the appellant - acquiring body should have filed this application. As such, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of. 3.

The appellant / acquiring body is directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.
