Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has moved proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Smt. Gadewar Umatai Laxman and Chavan Dnyaneshwar Laxman (Exhibit-D), however, the same is not decided.

In case, the proposal (Exhibit-D) is still pending with the Education Officer, i.e. respondent No.3, respondent No. 3 shall take decision on it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
