Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that since he was busy in marriage ceremony, he could not comply the order of this Court passed in Criminal Revision Application No.35 of 2020 dated 27.04.2022. The mistake was bonafide and not deliberate. Therefore, the order dismissing the revision automatically for non compliance may kindly be recalled. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the application. He submits that the applicant should have been

Perused the order dated 27.04.2022. The reason assigned by the applicant for non compliance of the order appears reasonable. Therefore, the application is allowed. The order dated 27.04.2022 passed in Criminal Revision Application No.35 of 2020 is revealed. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have already entered their appearance.

In view of the above, application is allowed. Criminal Revision Application No.35 of 2020 be restored to its original number.

List the matter on 10.08.2022.
