This application is for restoration of the first appeal, which came to be dismissed in view of the conditional order dated 11th January, 2022 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The appellant could not remove the objections within the stipulated period and therefore, the registration came to be refused. While filing the application, there is delay of 836 days.

The application is opposed by the learned counsel for respondent No.2. However, considering the reasons stated in application, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed, subject to condition that the applicant removes objections within four weeks from today. Office shall allow the applicant to remove the office objections, if removed within four weeks from today.
