We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the respondent No. 2 be directed to give preference to the petitioner in the process of counselling and allow him to participate in the process of counselling. The petitioner has given representation, however, same is not decided.

The petitioner may file a fresh application with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded as per the G. R. dated 28.05.2019.

In case such an application is filed by the petitioner with regard to his transfer, the Chief Executive Officer, Z. P. Nanded shall consider the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of application. 5.
In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
